I am now in my fourth year of doing markets, pop ups, and craft fairs...and I have learned a LOT about how to make the most of both limited display space AND limited car space.
Read on to learn some of my favorite tips, tricks, and products that I use to make the most of my 10x10 spaces at shows (and sometimes just a 6 foot table space!).
Collapsible Wooden Earring Displays
These displays have been an absolute gamechanger for me! They come completely apart, are compact, and fit neatly into a plastic storage tote.
In other words, they are absolutely perfect for displaying earring cards! The shelves are also deep enough to allow for displaying other items, such as candles or bath and body products.

Versatile Room Divider with Peg Board
I will be the FIRST to admit that I am not gifted with things like furniture making...nor do I have the tools necessary to make something like this folding door.
But the good news is that you can get it for yourself from Target! There are plenty of options elsewhere, but that is where I got mine. I love that I can move around the hooks and make an entirely new set up every time I use it.
It also stands out in a sea of tables at a market, which helps a lot when trying to make your mark!
Adorable Wooden Display with Hooks
I love rotating what I display on a rack with removable hooks! It is compact and looks adorable on my table. The one pictured is slightly different than the linked one, as it does not fold.
Being able to change the number of items and spacing between them is super helpful when you are selling out of product or trying to feature different products at a show.
I have used this one for keychains, bracelets, earrings, and even just to organize items behind my tables!
But What About a Tent?
Full disclosure: I try to avoid bringing a tent to events. I routinely attend solo, and setting up a tent and canopy is wildly annoying by myself!
That said, when you have a tent you do have the ability to hang items from the sides - grid walls are particularly useful to maximize your space! I used two with feet added for all of 2021 and into 2022, because they were so handy and easy to transport!
Now, please don't judge the rest of my set up...When I was using the grid walls, I had yet to figure out how to make the tablescapes look good!
And now...for the rest of the set up!
This is entirely up to you - depending on the type of jewelry or the overall design vibes of you sell, you may opt for different displays.
For example, there is a wonderful silversmith at my weekly market that displays every piece of jewelry on a black velvet item (a bust if a necklace, a T-bar for bracelets, etc). These items routinely start in price at $100 and go up from there, so the velvet displays add a luxurious feeling that matches the price point, as well as adding lovely variety in height.
I hope this post gives you a good jumping off point for your own foray into markets!
